Iris is very affectionate and sweet, and wins hearts and minds wherever she goes. She's a smart, determined, curious ball of energy who's always getting into mischief and keeping us on our toes. Every visitor gets the full inspection — demanding belly rubs and attention — and she takes her role as primary sock thief very seriously.

She's very vocal, super playful, and will do anything for treats. Iris has a keen nose and has taken up mantrailing at weekends, where she's a model student — and somehow she can always sense a camera, striking a pose so you get her best angle every time.

Iris swims regularly and loves nothing more than sleeping on your lap afterwards to dry her tummy. She also enjoys running, jumping, and is particularly fond of toe licking!

She plays with everyone she meets but is especially devoted to Calle, the Australian Labradoodle she lives with — the two follow each other everywhere, the muddier the better. She worships Dougal, an Australian Shepherd, and enjoys Muffin, an aging Tibetan Terrier who shows her who's boss (and Iris loves it).
