Whilst not at the Kingscote ‘Mothership’ , Myrtle spends her time with her other human parents, our friends, Charlie and Tom. Charlie and Tom are doing an amazing job of ensuring that Myrtle experiences normal family life. They have been responsible for her care and training. Her days are filled with love, laughter, and endless play. Charlie and Tom say that ‘Whether she’s greeting you with a wagging tail after work or curling up next to you on the sofa in the evening, Myrtle’s affectionate nature and playful spirit light up every moment.’ ‘She’s a favourite among the neighbourhood kids and gets along famously with our other rescue dog and our cat. With Myrtle around, life is always a little brighter and a lot more fun!’ Perfect Day Charlie and Tom describe Myrtle’s perfect day as beginning with a leisurely wake-up, snuggled close to her human mum. After a tasty breakfast, she enjoys a bit more rest before the morning activities begin. She loves to lounge around while we work from home, soaking up the cosy atmosphere. Her favourite part of the day is the walk, where she eagerly chases sticks and happily mingles with other dogs and their walkers. Returning home, Myrtle dives into a lively play session with her toys and revels in learning new tricks for tasty rewards. As the day winds down, she enjoys another round of snuggles on the sofa as we watch a film together, before drifting off to sleep with dreams of the day’s adventures.
